(which leaded to me saying that there is no blacksmith in Skyloft when they have so many swords and such… and conluding that it could make a nice future career for Karane. )

I don’t know if it’s the romantic vision you had of the scene, dear… But it was mine. I lack romance. '_'
But for me, I find this scene quite intimate and tender in its own way.
